​Celebrating the customer experience concept of STAR (S - surprise, T - touch, A - assist, R - recognize) I designed a context guide for training new leaders.

The concept is based on a video developed by the company to explain their concept. 

​The identity of this brand is made up of a number of elements which are very vivid and strong such as the images, the colours, icons and the logo. Each has a specific role to play, but the real magic happens when they are all used together. To effectively define the STAR brand experience, these elements must be aligned across every touchpoint, from customer to shareholder, from partner to employee.
